Baked lamb chops

Baked lamb chops 1 kilo of attentively marinated lamb chops with tomato and mushrooms. Steps: 1- Mix 1 spoon of butter and 1 spoon of olive oil in a pan, then add the lamb chops. Flip the chops every 2-3 minutes, then add the vegetables. 2- Take out the chops and put them aside. On the same pan, add the vegetables and stir for 3 minutes. 3- In an oven-safe pyrex, pour the vegetables with 2 cups of water and add the lamb chops on top. Cover with foil. 4- Bake for 45-60 minutes at 200 degrees. Recipe by Yousif Muqim
